Hyder Consulting, the multi-national design and engineering consultancy, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Kevin Taylor as a non-executive director of the company with effect from 6th August 2012. He will also serve as a member of the audit, remuneration and nomination committees of the board.
Mr Taylor is currently President of BT Global Services for the Asia Pacific region where he has lived and worked for the past eighteen years. He was previously a director of James Martin & Co based in Hong Kong and prior to that held senior business development posts with Data Sciences and Capita. He is a non-executive director of Transmode Holding AB, a listed company in Sweden, and until recently was the chairman of the Hong Kong British Chamber of Commerce.
No other information is required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph LR 9.6.13 R of the Listing Rules in relation to Mr Taylor's appointment to the board of the company.
